This year is the 40th anniversary since The Faces parted ways so it’s about time we got together for a jam! Being in The Faces back in the day was a whirlwind of madness but my God, it was beyond brilliant. We are pleased to be able to support Prostate Cancer UK.
Nel 1969 Rod Stewart e gli altri membri fuoriusciti dagli Small Faces in seguito alla dipartita del cantante e chitarrista Steve Marriott (che ripartì invece con gli Humble Pie) formarono i The Faces.
Adesso Rod Stewart e i ‘sopravvissuti, quindi non i membri fondatori Ian McLagan e Ronnie Lane entrambi scomparsi, si riuniranno dopo 40 anni. Al momento è previsto un solo live-show in supporto al Prostate Cancer UK.
La band ‘ritrovata’ si esibirà infatti al Rock “‘n’ Horsepower che si terrà il 5 settembre all’ Hurtwood Park Polo Club di Ewhurst, Surrey, UK.
