“Amen & Goodbye” è il quarto album in studio della band di Brooklyn Yeasayer in uscita su Mute l’1 Aprile 2016.
Primo assaggio di “Amen & Goodbye” “I Am Chemistry”, la prima traccia ad essere presentata dal loro attesissimo album con la cantante folk Suzzy Roche dei The Roches come ospite.
Per l’artwork dell’album gli Yeasayer hanno collaborato con lo scultore David Altmejd.
I teaser che hanno anticipato “I Am Chemistry” contengono alcune delle sculture che Altmejd ha creato ascoltando il nuovo album della band.
“Amen & Goodbye” è il seguito di “Fragrant World” del 2012, ed è stato registrato agli Outlier Inn Studio nello stato di New York.
